AIT-STEIN GROUP, leader in Energy Customized Solutions, has successfully renewed certifications for all its sites for the following standards ISO 9001: 2015 Quality, ISO 45001: 2018 Security, ISO 14001: 2015 Environment.
The renewal of its IMS (Integrated Management System) issued by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance, reflects the Group’s desire to be take on a challenging approach, based on client and employee satisfaction, while respecting the environment and the daily improvement of its achievements.
This time, in addition to the ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO 14001: 2015 certifications, the Group has added a new quality label to its production system by becoming certified to the internationally recognised EN ISO 3834-2, which defines comprehensive quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials both in workshops and at field installation sites.
It is based on the evaluation of 22 requirements classed into 5 themes:
– Quality organisation (review of requirements, subcontracting, non-conformity, recordings),
– Skills management (coordinators, welders, supervisors),
– Process management (WPS, PQR, heat treatment),
– Workshop organisation (storage, production equipment, security),
– Carrying out controls (visual, NDT, recordings, calibration).
